    With due respect I have to say that I have a home UPS of your company having serial number 2501061032K and after getting some problem in my Home UPS I contacted your service centre situated at SU-KAM POWER SYSTEMS LTD, KRISHNA CONSTRUCTION, BLOCK B, SHOP NO 11, OLD HOWRAH MOTOR, NEAR RELIANCE FRESH, JORA PHATAK ROAD, DHANBAD dated 20.08.2012 by mobile No-8986826286, but no one turned up from your service centre till 23.08.2012.Then I personally went to the service centre with my HOME ups then I asked about as to why no one came to repair the Home UPS and in reply the co-coordinator Mr. Sanjit replied “ AAPKO KYA LAGTA HAI KI AAPNE COMPLAINT KIYA AUR TURTANT AADMI YAHAN SE BHAG KAR AAPKE YAHAN PAHUNCH JAYEGA? AGAR BANWANA HI TO YAHIN LANA PADTAA HAI” On his reply I was totally shocked but since my HOME ups was out of service and I was in necessity hence I requested him to kindly repair my HOME ups but surprisingly he replied “AAPKO KYA LAGTA HAI AAPNE KAHA AUR BAN GAYA DO TEEN DIN BAAD AAYIYEGA” Then I asked about the service charge of service centre and home service and I came to know that that it is same in both condition and is Rs.225/- (spare extra) on such reply I returned to my home with my Home UPS with request to send the mechanic at my home and on the same day one mechanic namely Mr. Pappu came to my home and rudely said that “ aapko kya lagta hai di customer care phone karne se yahan aakar ban jayega ab to apka service centre mein hi banega aur 5-6 din lagega” and after this he returned without touching the system and closed my complaint. Next day I went to the service centre with my home ups and I was shocked when they made mockery of me and said “aakhir aapko yahin lana hi pedal aap aadmi bahut pareshan karne wale lagte hain ab apko service charge to lagega hi aur saath mein parts ka cost bhi jyada lagega aur parts aapko, wapas bhi nahi milega” and after saying these words they booked the assignment in the name of Mr.Rajkumar as they said that we have closed your complaint hence no any complaint will be assigned in your name and said to me to come in the evening, Since I was in need and have no other option I returned to home and went there in the evening but they said to me to come in the next morning and morning said to come en the late evening . In this way they spent three days from 24.07.2012 to 26.07.2012 and during this period they used to call me regularly in the morning and evening and finally they delivered my home ups on 26.07.2012 at about 04:00 P.M., they charged Rs. 1373/- and when I paid the said amount and asked for Bill they said bill is not necessary and we donot provide any Bill at a time and if you want bill/cashmemo then you will have to come to me after two or three days, I resisted such type of practice and said to them it is not fare and I want my Bill then after a long conversation they give me a receiving on a plain paper and said that “ agar bill chaiye to is kagaz ko lana hoga nahi to aapka paisa ka rasid nahi milega” after this I came to my home and contacted them on 27.07.2012 for bill but returned as they said to me that bill is not ready and finally I got my bill on 28.07.2012 after a horrible experience, and it is not beyond the context that they have provided extended warranty to me from 28.07.2012 to 27.07.2012( instead of 28.07.2013) and delivered me the system with loose connection in my system, for which I have already informed the aid facts to Mr. Sanjit and he neglected my information.
    Sir I am also a medical retailer and I was extremely harassed and shocked with the behavior of your service centre co-coordinator Mr. Sanjit and mechanic Mr. Pappu and wasted my golden hours of my shop in going to your service centre so many times to getting my Home UPS in well condition and now Want to know that being a customer fo, your company is it fare to get such type of harassment? Is it true that your company does not provide cash memo/Bill at the time of delivery and a customer’s gets his Bill after two or three days? If yes then please inform me the reason and if no then why should not your co-coordinator be punished for harassing the customer like me? Who is responsible for my monetary loss when I closed my shop and visited so many times to your service centre uselessly? Who is responsible for such type of negligence?
